adequate stay overall
convenient location helpful staff room amenities small room unclean pillows poor cleanliness
i appreciated the very convenient location near many shops. the staff members were kind and helpful . my room included a fridge and a microwave (i did not use them).
the room was too small to accommodate luggage comfortably. some pillows were not clean, though pillowcases were. the floor in my room seemed like it needed a good cleaning, and it did not smell very clean (but thankfully, i was out most of the day).

solid stay in a convenient spot
useful fridge subway access
the room had a mini fridge and a microwave, i found that useful. the location was convenient for both walking and accessing the subway. i was glad to see the flower mart every morning. That was a plus.
I was overcharged and it was not removed at check out. I was told that it would be. i called the hotel many times but received no call back. this was frustrating because i had to spend time resolving the issue.

The gym is in the basement and seems adequate. I saw comfortable beds in my room. the elevators worked without issue . I did not experience any delays. the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the morning.

Housekeeping provided excellent service . They were prompt and efficient. the staff changed towels and made the beds daily. i found the bellman helpful. He carried my bags to the room. i appreciated this service.

the location provides easy access to different areas. a bus stop is nearby and it is very convenient. penn station is a short walk away. many food options are located within walking distance!

the location provided easy access to nearby flower shops. i found the subway station close. the rooms also include a mini fridge and a microwave.

dirty furniture uncomfortable pillows
the location was central and convenient to many attractions.
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. the heater made a loud noise throughout the night and the staff did not offer any assistance. the pillows were also flat and uncomfortable. There were no extras available.

noisy ac worn beds
the room i got had some real problems. the ac was noisy. i could also hear everything my neighbors were doing through the thin walls.. it wasn't exactly a peaceful experience. the beds felt old and worn, like they really needed replacing, and that didn't help at all.

Solid stay near many attractions
convenient bus stop helpful staff daily service
The bus stop near the hotel made traveling easy. The staff helped with my bags, which i appreciated. Daily towel changes and bed making kept the room fresh for my entire visit. It was nice to have these services readily available throughout my stay.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice city view from the window. The room included a mini-fridge and a microwave, very helpful for storing snacks and heating leftovers. I found the provided amenities sufficient for my needs.

The hotel had complimentary coffee and tea in the morning for all guests. Elevators were available for easy access to all floors of the building. Leaving luggage for a while before check-in was possible which was very useful.

Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building are located quite close to this hotel. There are plenty of shops with flowers and plants nearby to the hotel. Several subway lines are also within walking distance.

The front desk staff was helpful with check-in and answered all my questions with patience. I received an early room for an extra charge that was very helpful. The staff also provided complimentary points for a small inconvenience.

private car mini-fridge helpful staff breakfast selection noisy atmosphere elevator service
The front desk staff assisted with coffee pods and booked a private car to the airport. The room had a microwave and a mini-fridge. These helped me stock up on essentials. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's locations are fairly close, convenient.
One elevator wasn't working! The included breakfast only offered oatmeal. I also noticed some noise at night.
